Demonstration data

The academy demonstrations use fictional people and records. Session plans created in the session planner, including the creator name, exercise graphics, objectives and notes, are stored on this site so they can be reopened. Game-day presentations, lineups, objectives and uploaded slide images are also saved on this site. Unsaved planner drafts may be kept in your browser tab. Academy trips, scouting player details, club-need categories and scout notes are saved on this site. Scouting dictation uses your browser’s speech service, which may process audio remotely; this site saves only the text you review and submit, not audio. Blank-template edits are stored separately for each browser session using a random session cookie. Use sample data only; do not enter real player or personal information in these demonstrations. Other demo changes, academy player notes, video links, and attachments live in the current page session and reset when you navigate away or reload. Presentation images are uploaded to this site. Files selected in other demos are previewed in your browser and are not uploaded to a player or document database.

Coach Paula public example

The public Paula example uses fictional player profiles, blank birthdates and sample records. It is separate from her live workspace. Your example changes are saved under a random browser-session cookie in separate demo records. Use sample information only. Her public coaching methodology and instructional pages contain no player records.

Contact form

The contact form prepares an email draft. You review and send it using your email app. The site does not submit or store the form. Email you choose to send is handled through the email provider used to receive it.

Links and hosting

External video links open the provider’s website, which has its own privacy practices. Site hosting and sign-in services may process technical data necessary to provide access. The site has no added analytics or advertising trackers.
